Saigon Newport Corporation attends at the "Vietnam - Cambodia International Trade Fair 2012"

On the occasion of the 45th Anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relation of Vietnam – Cambodia, the Economic Department of the Ministry of Defense and the Trade Promotion Department of Ministry of Industry & Commerce of Vietnam has coordinated with the Trade Promotion Department of Ministry of Trade of Cambodia organized the "Vietnam –Cambodia international Trade Fair 2012” at Diamond Island Convention & Exhibition Center Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia from 21 Sept to 25 Sept 2012.
There were 300 booths and the participation of 163 companies from both countries, Vietnam and Cambodia at the Fair. The delegation of Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) led by the Deputy General Director Ngo Minh Thuan has participated in the event.
Attending this Trade Fair, Saigon Newport Corporation promoted the company’s image, brand and introduced its services to the Vietnamese and Cambodian importers, exporters, investors and partners in order to expand cooperation and business development opportunities in Cambodia, especially the Logistic services. The activities of the Saigon Newport Corporation at the Fair included: exhibition of booth introducing the SNP’s facilities, services and the achievements, showing a video clip, distributing brochures to the visitors, discussing with those who are concerned in the Logistic services, participating in the social and exchanging activities of the Board of Organizers of the Fair.
During the Fair, Saigon Newport Corporation has actively participated in the social charity activities by donating the gifts to the poor oversea Vietnamese people and the veterans in Cambodia. The total value of gifts was 100 million VND. Saigon Newport Corporation was also a co-sponsor for the Fair with the sponsorship worth 30 million VND.
With the activities in the Trade Fair in Cambodia, SNP has confirmed its position in performing perfectly both economic and defense duties as well as contributing to the social security.
Saigon Newport Corporation honorably welcomed the Major General Tran Don - Commander of Military Zone 7, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam in Cambodia Ngo Anh Dung, Vietnam and the Cambodian Senior officials of Cambodia’s Ministry of Trade, senior officers of Economic Department of Vietnam’s Ministry of Defense to visit the SNP’s booth. The visitors highly appreciated the SNP’s achievements and believed that SNP continues to grow fast, strong and sustainable in the time to come. SNP is honor to receive the Merit of Award by the leader of Ministry of defense for its excellent performance during the Trade fair.
